The goal of this ministry is to provide a corporate worship atmosphere that leads the collective body of believers to worship our Creator in keeping with our mission to Know, Follow, and Share Jesus.

During our weekly worship, you’re benefiting from the hours of preparation and willingness of your Christian brothers and sisters to serve this body and provide a meaningful worship experience.

Did you know there are more than twenty different assignments needed to carry out a single Sunday morning worship service? These assignments are fulfilled weekly from a group of about 70 individuals who have indicated a willingness to serve.

In addition, the Children’s Ministry provides staffed nurseries and Kids’ With A King, and the Agape/Visitation Ministry provides greeters each Sunday.

There are five key areas of preparation that help make this ministry a success:

Worship Scheduling – developing the weekly service assignments

Worship Coordination – ensuring those scheduled to serve are present and finding alternates as necessary

Baptismal Preparation – ensuring garments and towels are available

Communion Preparation – maintaining supplies and coordinating preparations

Media Presentation – including audio and visual media

So how can you help? We are looking for volunteers to coordinate the Communion Preparation and the Media Presentation areas of the ministry, and we are always searching for those willing to serve in the variety of assignments each week.

In conclusion, here is an excerpt of Paul’s letter to the church in Rome: “Just as each of us has one body with many members, and these members do not all have the same function, so in Christ we who are many form one body, and each member belongs to all the others. We have different gifts…”
